Evil Genius Simulator: StormDriver to debut in style

March 17th, 2011 Posted by jan View Comments

Crazy Scientist Simulator

StormDriver is going to take over the World soon, so it is only fitting that we make suitable preparations. We can’t reveal our genius to the general public just like that. We need special effects befitting the occasion. That’s why we’re lucky to have found this peculiar Microsoft Kinect hack.

The Evil Genius Simulator developed by London Hackspace uses Kinect to monitor your movements (after all that’s what Kinect is for). If you raise your arms (and start laughing like a mad man) the two Tesla coils behind you will make sure you get proper attention. The higher you raise your arms, the wilder the lightning storm behind you – so check out the vid after the jump!

We couldn’t even dream of a better way to tell the world about Storm Driver than by causing an actual storm. Thank you, Microsoft!
